Results of an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

On September 13, 2021, IceCure Medical Ltd. (the “Company”) convened an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”). At the Meeting, the Company’s shareholders approved a resolution to adopt an insurance policy for the Company’s officers and directors.
