Eyal Shamir

CEO and Director

Prior to joining IceCure, Eyal served as CEO of medical device and export companies, including B-Cure Laser and Hanita Lenses. Eyal is a seasoned executive and has extensive experience in global business development, particularly China and Japan.

Meir Peleg

Chief Financial Officer

Meir Peleg is a seasoned public company CFO with deep capital markets experience, uniquely combining a software engineering background with over 20 years of financial leadership. He has a proven track record leading a successful Nasdaq IPO and multiple large-scale capital raises, while scaling global industrial-tech organizations from early growth stages to 700+ employees worldwide. Mr. Peleg brings a data-driven, systematic approach to M&A, and public company governance, having previously served as a strategic partner to CEOs and boards in maximizing shareholder value and driving long-term enterprise growth. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and holds an MBA and a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.

Shay Levav

Chief Operating Officer

Shay brings nearly 20 years of healthcare management experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, previously working for Applied Spectral Imaging, Carestream and Orex (acquired by Kodak).

Tlalit Bussi Tel-Tzure

VP Business Development & Global Marketing

Tlalit has served in senior sales, business development and marketing positions within the healthcare industry for over 18 years, including key roles at DiA Imaging Analysis, Medical Compression Systems, Chemitec, and Trima.

Merav Nir Dotan

VP Human Resources

Merav has over 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational management. She has previously served as VP of Human Resources at Hanita Lenses, and has extensive experience in recruitment and marketing.

Shad Good

VP Sales, North America

Shad brings nearly 20 years of medical device sales and leadership experience to IceCure with expertise in the field of minimally invasive breast diagnostic and therapeutic systems. He previously held positions at UVconcepts, Mammotome, and Ethicon Endo-Surgery.
