Chairman and director of several public and privately owned companies, primarily focusing on the medical device industry. Ron held various senior positions at Teva over the course of 20 years, including CEO Teva Israel and VP Israel & Africa.

Eyal Shamir

CEO and Director

Prior to joining IceCure, Eyal served as CEO of medical device and export companies, including B-Cure Laser and Hanita Lenses. Eyal is a seasoned executive and has extensive experience in global business development, particularly China and Japan.

Yang (Yankor) Huang

Yankor has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry in China, with companies such as Stryker and Johnson & Johnson.

Sharon Levita

Currently the VP of Business Operations & Site Lead for Medtronic PLC’s Caesarea site (formerly Mazor Robotics), Sharon is medical device veteran with extensive financial and business management experience in developing successful companies.

Yonatan Malca

Mr. Yonatan Malca has served on our board of directors as an external director since September 2025. is the chief executive officer and a director at NanoGhost Ltd., a private biotechnology company. He serves on the board of directors of Entera Bio (NASDAQ: ENTX) and holds additional board positions at BeamMed Ltd., a private medical device company, Jungo Connectivity (TASE: JNGO), and Unicorn Technologies (TASE: UNCT). Mr. Malca holds a B.A. in Economics and Statistics and an M.A. in Economics and Finance, both from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

David Salton

Mr. David Salton has served as the Chief Executive Officer of AnchorMesh Ltd., a start-up company developing orthopedic implants since July 2024. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer, President, director of Virility Medical Ltd., a start-up company, developing consumer medical devices. From May 2022 to February 2024, he served as an independent director of SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (Nasdaq:SHLT). From February 2016 to February 2025, Mr. Salton served as an independent director of ARAN Research & Development (1982) Ltd. (TASE: ARAN). Since December 2014, he has served as an independent director at InterCure Inc. (Nasdaq: INCR). Mr. Salton holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in economics and management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
